Okay, this does not sound as serious as a death march, at least, not yet. All it means is that you need some registry clean up to get it back to speed.
What you need to understand is that every time you go online, install a new program, or change your system settings, your actions are recorded and filed in the registry. In the same manner, every time you uninstall anything, not every file is deleted.
These are the kinds of errors you can find in the registry that are causing havoc with the computer's speed. These are the errors you will need to clean out.
To do this, you will need a registry cleaner. Of course, you can do it on your own, but you are taking great risks because you could delete an important file without meaning to.
Registry clean up using a registry cleaner will scan, report and clean our the files you do not need. It will also put a stop to those programs that are running but not needed. A lot of space can be saved by doing this, and you won't even have to lift a finger to get it done - the registry cleaner can do it all for you within the space of one hour. Then, after this is done, make sure you run the registry cleaner at least once every 6 months, more often if possible.
